The biggest consumer electronics exhibition CES starts in Las Vegas on the 6th of January and lasts till 9th of January. So let’s see what interesting new things are coming our way during 2016.

Some news are already coming out from CES as I follow a lot of news sites/blogs/tweets. I will pick every day during CES those new items that interest me and hopefully You as well.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 tablet

This is an awesome 12 inch tablet. It has the attachable ThinkPad keyboard so many of you love. Only 8,4 mm thick and weights 800 g (tablet). Has a 2160 x 1440 screen resolution. Intel Core processor. Pen with Lenovo’s WRITEit technology. Battery life 15 hours. You can scan with it’s Intel RealSense 3D camera and turn them into 3D objects and there is even an attachable projector. See the video below and be amazed.

Available in February and price is $899 for the tablet, RealSense module is for $149 (available in May), Battery module is for $149 and the projector module is for $279 (available in May). Prices in Europe may differ.

But it’s a cool all in one PC and I think it will be successful in the the business sector.

Lenovo ThinkVision X24 Pro monitor

This is a beautiful borderless 24 inch monitor with Full HD IPS display. With the integration of the RealSense 3D camera you can use Windows Hello. You can charge your phone using wireless WiGig connectivity and A4Wp charging stand.

Available in May for $399. You can purchase the WiGig bar for $250 or the Wireless Charging Stand for $150, separately.

Acer Switch 12 S

This is a new 4K 2-in-1 laptop. Full HD 3840×2160 screen resolution. Intel Core M processor. Storage options are 128 GB or 256 GB with 4GB or 8GB RAM. USB-C, 2 x full size USB 3.0 ports a microHDMI output.

Price starts at 1.199 € and available in February.

Acer Liquid Jade Primo

This Windows 10 Mobile smartphone supports Continuum. Dispaly 5.5 inches with Full HD resolution. 3GB RAM and internal storage 32 GB. Front camera 21 MP and rear camera 8 MP. USB-C port.

Price tag 569 € and available in February.
